Responsibtilities:

As a Service Admin you will work directly with the Service Advisor focusing on the back end work for customers needing major repairs, warranty recalls, or diagnostics. It will include opening, modifying, and closing repair orders while ensuring all customers and vehicle information is accurate and updated. Ensuring all documentation on the repair order and final invoice accurately reflects the services performed.

  • Foster relationships with customers who need maintenance (I) OR major repairs, warranty recall, or diagnostic (II) service to vehicles and ensure their needs are met
  • Ensure documentation and RO placement
  • Open, Modify and Close repair orders
  • Reference all VIN numbers in the MFG's system to check for recalls or campaigns
  • Ensure all customer and vehicle information is accurate and updated in CDK
  • Ensure all documentation on the repair order and final invoice accurately reflect the services performed, and recommended including:
    • Complaint
    • Cause
    • Correction
    • Pricing
    • Estimates
  • Work with teammates to ensure customer receives the best possible experience
  • Embrace and exhibit CORE values
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned such as helping with scanning, answering phones & car rental
