Our Solutions Center, a group within the Virtual Branch, includes specialized roles for non-lending and lending support and we strive for strong cross-training to provide team members an exciting and challenging work day. KleinBank is seeking to hire a Solutions Specialist I (Virtual Banker) to join our Virtual Banking team! This qualified individual will focus on providing superior customer service and financial solutions to customers. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Support a variety of customer inquiries about consumer and business online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay requests; fund transfers; check orders; and debit cards.
  • Cross-sell additional bank products by identifying needs and opportunities.

Qualifications: Minimum – high school graduate, or equivalent (GED), post high school education and/or 2 years work experience in the financial industry customer service/support phone center preferred. Must have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and able to multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft products and Bank software products required. The individual that we are seeking must be available to work until 7:00p.m. during the week, plus one Saturday per month.

Starting Base Pay: $15.52 - $17.70/Hour (+)
