Lead Executive Campus Recruiter

We take pride in sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent across all areas of our business, and as a Lead Executive Recruiter supporting Campus Recruitment you are an integral part of that process! Partnership is key at Target, and in this role you'll be the liaison between HR partners, hiring managers, recruiting program champions and, most importantly, the candidate. By developing a deep expertise for the campuses and programs you support, you'll build a strong strategy to ensure that you are finding the best talent.
In this role, you'll create and execute strategies to place the most talented intern and full time candidates into campus programs across our business, including graduate level talent. Through on-campus events and sourcing efforts, you'll build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, on-campus partners and the Target leaders who champion our programs. Leverage your strong analytical thinking to evaluate your strategy and results, manage program budget, extend and negotiate offers and be fiscally responsible while advancing Target's reputation. You will regularly contribute to the greater team by leading campus initiatives and partnerships, completing external benchmarking and driving cyclical processes and best practices across programs. We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Lead Executive Recruiter- Campus.
- 4-year college degree
- 4-5 years recruitment experience, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven success at building credibility with leadership and peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, decision making and project management skills
