Humera has a position available for a Junior Recruiter with our client, a major health care provider in Minnetonka. The candidate in this position will be responsible for identifying individuals through a variety of sources for open positions within the institute. This individual will also support the Talent Acquisition team in managing administrative and recruiting functions of full life cycle recruitment processes and possess a high sense of urgency and consistency in focusing on managing a positive candidate experience. Activities include sourcing and prospecting, relationship building, monitoring prospects including soliciting referrals from prospects that decline, marketing the opportunity to individuals that meet criteria for positions under hire.
We expect 50% of this work to be administrative tasks, and 50% recruitment activity.

  • Coordinate and communicate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage recruitment documentation, gathering feedback from hiring managers and interview teams
  • Meet with hiring managers to review job requirements, process and timelines
  • Review, screen and submit candidate profiles to hiring team for consideration
  • Meet candidates at our headquarters in Minnetonka, give brief facility tours and benefit overviews
  • Coordinate and communicate employment offer details to finalist candidates
  • Small department project work as needed including filing, scanning, collating, etc.
  • Flexible, creative and proactive in solving problems


  • Great customer service skills, communicating expectations and details consistently both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize work with a variety of internal and external customers simultaneously.
  • Initiative and results driven, finding ways to get things done, prioritize work and move projects forward even in unfamiliar circumstances
  • Familiarity with HR systems as they relate to talent acquisition (i.e. applicant tracking, HRIS, assessment, internet job boards, etc..) preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition preferred

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Major: Human Resources preferred or related field Years of experience required: 1+years
Specific types of experience required:

  • Required - 2 + years business experience with focus on customer service experience.
  • Preferred - 1+ years of staffing/recruiting experience or inside sales or customer service experience that has required outbound calling

8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
