Pro Staff is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work with an Innovating Medical Device company located in the Twin Cities area! This candidate will be responsible for providing order management support, ensuring client and customer satisfaction, investigating escalated problems, and communicating with internal and external clients. Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role to be considered. Hours are from 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday-Friday. Pay is $18-19/hour.

Skills and responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Exceptional phone and computer skills  
  • Strong verbal, written, listening and communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate in taking and handling orders
  • Manage multiple tasks and effectively respond to changing priorities
  • Demonstrate and apply problem solving skills to address issues and concerns
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team work environment
  • Willing to learn new skills and methods to accommodate company growth
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Word and Outlook; basic Excel knowledge

  • 1-2 years of relevant Customer Service experience
  • Experience within manufacturing or distribution settings preferred
  • Must be able to complete Pre-hire requirements
