  • Work cross-functionally to drive the successful completion of Marketing materials for localization work (new stores, remodels, etc) including; creating and holding cross-functional partners accountable to timing & action, facilitating the approval process and driving continuous process improvement
  • Support marketing's localization efforts, from managing portions of the marketing strategy to overseeing all of the execution of work, requiring business acumen and strategic thinking skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Play a leadership role in the management of projects by:
    • Partnering and gathering key dates/milestones and contacts from Marketing Brand and Category partners, Internal and External Agencies, Merchandising and Vendor partners, internal Production partners, In-store and Packaging Operations and third-party vendors 
    • Developing and maintaining project timelines for Marketing projects and multi-channel campaigns
    • Pro-actively driving & communicating all deadlines to ensure cross-functional team compliance to effectively manage timelines
  • Manages the approval process, making real time decisions to best keep partners and the work moving forward
  • Evaluates and approves all creative work in terms of answering the strategy brief
  • Supports leading cross-functional internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key internal partners (store ops, in-store marketing, property development and construction)
  • Manages budget and forecasting by month, by media channel
  • Familiar with media fundamentals (ie: knowing media mix, KPI's/success metrics) with willingness to learn how to make media decisions to keep the work moving forward.
  • Curiosity around current and emerging marketplace, consumer and media trends that impact business strategy and marketing initiatives

Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Business/Marketing
  • 5+ years of project management, account planning or producing experience
  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • A master collaborator who is able to inspire trust and confidence with a range of partners
