Do knack for marketing? Are you a skilled event planner? A computer hardware company in Shakopee  has a great opportunity in their marketing department for a Tradeshow Coordinator! 

In this role, the Tradeshow Coordinator will: 
- Research tradeshows,  events and venues
- Negotiate pricing with external vendors for displays, promotoinal items and more!
- Facilitate shipping, packing, delivery and set up of tradeshow booths and displays
- Determine booth designs and promotional items
- Follow up with leads gained from tradeshow events
- Identify great promotional items and marketing materials 
- Track tradeshow expenses
- Make travel arrangements for employees attending tradeshows 

This position is available on a temp-to-hire basis! The hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Travel and weekend hours may be required once hired on permanently, but not frequently! As a temporary associate, the pay rate will range between $15 and $17 per hour, depending on experience. Once hired on permanently, the pay rate increases to $18+!  

Qualified Candidates Will: 
- Have at least 2 years of technology based marketing administrative experience 
- Have strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organized and deadline driven 

A college degree is strongly preferred!
