Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a large healthcare company located in Minnetonka, MN. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter/HR Admin on 1st shift for this exciting employment opportunity! This position pays $20-25/hour.

SUMMARY - The Junior Recruiter/HR Admin will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing administrative and recruiting functions of full-lifecycle recruitment processes. Ideal candidates are flexible, creative, and proactive in solving problems. This job mixes administrative tasks and recruitment activity.

Junior Recruiter/HR Admin Main Duties/Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and communicate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates

· Manage recruitment documentation, gathering feedback from hiring managers and interview teams

· Meet with hiring managers to review job requirements, process, and timelines

· Review, screen, and submit candidate profiles to hiring team for consideration

· Meet candidates at Minnetonka headquarters, give brief facility tours and benefit overviews

· Coordinate and communicate employment offer details to finalist candidates

· Small department project work as needed including filing, scanning, collating, etc.

Junior Recruiter/HR Admin Key Requirements/Qualifications:

· 2+ years business experience with focus on customer service experience required

· 1+ years of staffing/recruiting experience or inside sales or customer service experience that has required outbound calling preferred

· Great customer service skills, communication expectations and details consistently both verbally and in writing

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a variety of internal and external customers simultaneously

· Initiative and results driven, finding ways to get things done, prioritize work and move projects forward even in unfamiliar circumstances

· Familiarity with HR systems as they relate to talent acquisition (i.e. applicant tracking, HRIS, assessment, internet job boards, etc.) preferred

· Demonstrated knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition preferred
