Staffing Partners' client is looking for an exemplary Human Resources Generalist. This is a direct hire position, with a salary range of $50K to $75K. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious companies in the Twin Cities. Please see duties and requirements below. 


  1. Develop and implement a number of HR projects.
  2. Meet with and provide advice to executive level employees on different HR related issues.
  3. Manage the recruiting process for different managers/executives.
  4. Facilitate employee development through different HR programs.
  5. Compensation and Benefits
  6. Manage performance management system.
  7. Institute new policies and procedures including developing employee handbook.
  8. Develop and implement training programs.
  9. Handle an employee relations issues. 


  1. 1-5 years of Generalist experience
  2. Bachelor's Degree in HR
  3. Adept at communicating with all levels of an organization
  4. Attention to detail
  5. High level of organization
  6. Work independently as well as with a team
  7. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
