Position Description

This temporary position is responsible to collaborate with the Provider Content Strategy and Development Lead to ensure the successful migration of content onto the new web content management system (WCMS).  Responsible for the migration and placement of content from the existing Provider web platform to the new Provider web platform.  Content consists of pages, documents, tables, forms and graphics.

·Lead effort to migrate content from existing content stores (i.e., shared drives, SharePoint, etc.) as needed, organizing/managing application of taxonomy and metadata to each file.  Support web platform migration by developing/creating migrating web pages; ensure that web pages fit in new templates and are mobile-friendly.  Review existing content and organize it according to migration and tagging needs.

·Modify existing content within the WCMS to meet new standards and work within new templates.  Manually move and/or monitor migration of content into new WCMS.  Execute QA tasks, including proofing web content and reporting bugs or issues.

·Evaluate digital assets for cataloguing, rights and maintaining quality.  Audit and tag existing content in WCMS and in Excel spreadsheets.

·Receive digital assets directly from content partners and manage those assets by adhering to and maintaining digital naming conventions, file management, metadata and quality control.

·Support effective working relationships as well as cross-functional working relationships. Collaborate across departments with multiple teams and various content creators to discuss user experience of web content and asset management.  Identify barriers to project completion; problem solve independently and collaboratively to overcome obstacles.


Bachelor's degree in related field; demonstrated may be considered in lieu of experience.

Required Experience

Experience working in a Content Management System such as WordPress or SiteCore.  General understanding of SEO best practices.

Preferred Experience

Experience with HTML formatting.  Bonus:  Previous health care provider experience
