Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in the Automotive Parts and Services industry located in Wykoff, MN. We are seeking an Office Support Specialist on 1st shift for this awesome employment opportunities! The Office Support Specialist position pay rate is $15.00 per hour. SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a diversely skilled individual who would be able to assist with Accounting, Customer Service and general Office Support duties. Ideal candidate must be able to assist with payroll duties as well.

OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

The Office Support Specialist is responsible for: · Performing Accounts Payables duties · Assisting with payroll · Providing phone support for the entire office · Assisting front desk with all customer service duties including greeting customers and preparing mail for shipment. OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:

· Computer skills preferred with an emphasis in excel · High School Diploma or GED · Accounts Payable or Accounting experience preferred but not required
