  • Lead and motivate service center team members on the social media team with Guest Relations toward the achievement of established quality, productivity, and service level goals
  • Coach, teach and train your team regarding performance and provide suggestions on how to improve performance
  • Continually monitor guest conversations via social media channels and identify trends
  • Research and define social media strategies to increase engagement with our guests, enhance work process, and reducing cost per contact
  • Develop strong partnerships with other departments and vendor partners to stay informed regarding changes within the business and communicate these changes to your team
  • Four year college degree
  • At least two years of experience in an operational supervisory role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence others in a team environment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the demands of a 7 day a week operation
