Position Summary Information Position Responsibilities

St. Catherine University, Minneapolis campus, invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support clinical contracts, student compliance, E*Value and state authorizations for the OTA online program. This person will be responsible to communicate with a broad range of customers, students, clinical and community partners, and staff and faculty in the OTA online program primarily. This person collaborates with other team members supporting clinical education in the Henrietta Schmoll School of Health.

Responsibilities:
Clinical Contracts:
• General clinical contract support
• Receiving contract requests and initiating contracts for review and signature
• Enter status of and maintain data regarding contracts within E*Value, E*Value trouble shooting and user support; E*Value reporting for HIPAA compliance, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Student compliance:
• Collaborate with Orbis on student documentation
• Checking student packets and data entry; Reconcile student files for completion
• E*Value data entry and scanning documents into E*Value
• Background Check and CPR Renewal process and communication
• Immunization file management; collect records, communicate immunization hold and clinical clearance
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Qualifications:
• High school diploma (or GED) required; college graduate preferred
• Previous experience/expertise in administrative support, health care or health care professions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
• Motivated, self-starter who will learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to learn and interact daily with the EValue software/data management system for the clinical/fieldwork education experiences of the University; ability to create/support multiple systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, organized; previous experience working with students is beneficial
• The successful candidate must have the ability to respond respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures, in a manner that affirms the worth and preserves the dignity of individuals, families and communities
