Summary- The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the sales team as well as processing orders and providing customer service to clients. Successful candidates will take calls from clients and customers nationwide, send proposals, schedule installations, and assist with order management.
Sales Assistant Main Duties/Responsibilities:· Take phone calls from customers and clients across the country
· Process orders
· Send out proposals
· Answer any client questions· Customer service and order entry
· Communicate with cities for permitting issues
· Schedule sign installations
· Work with general contractors
· Help with invoices and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Assistant Key Requirements/Qualifications:
· Friendly and outgoing personality
· Well organized
· Comfortable communicating via phone
