  • Be a part of a global HR team, supporting a global technology team
  • Operate as a strategic advisor and consultant on holistic HR aspects (staffing, talent, org design, compensation) to build the best team
  • Lead, influence, support, and facilitate organizational change and communication
  • Lead and customize talent routines within a functional area to ensure talent strategies achieve overall business goals.
  • Leverage HR data to drive improvements in retention, engagement and diversity and inclusion metrics
  • Develop a deep understanding of leaders and team members at all levels within client group by building knowledge of the talent, health of the team and the core business.
  • Determine and plan workforce needs to identify and mobilize the right talent to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with partners to lead the communication and implementation of HR cyclical processes including; Talent Planning, Annual Merit, Performance Review Process and Best Team Survey
  • Lead delivery and application of HR cyclical processes (talent routines, BTS, Annual Performance and Pay, SWP, etc.) to the business with collaboration through key partners
  • Captainship or committee work representing total business unit or broad constituent group as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous generalist experience
  • 7-10 years of HR experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well with all levels in the organization
  • Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong self concept and ability to manage conflict well
  • Resilient and adaptable to change
  • Demonstrated skills and abilities in one or more of the following: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training & development
