Pro Staff has an immediate opening for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator to work for a growing company! In this role, you will provide assistance to company customers. This includes providing information to customers about their orders, shipping information, delivery information, etc. You will also communicate with customers regarding shipping changes and expediting delivery of products as needed. Additional responsibilities:
- Investigate any problems that arise to provide customers with accurate and timely resolution
- Monitor customer expectations and specifications
- Provide program and product information to customers and prospective customers
- Create customer quotes based on pricing matrix provided by the company
- Work with accounting department to resolve customer invoicing issues
- Other duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years college coursework (four year degree preferred) 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in an efficient, self-directed manner
