Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is partnering with Allina to provide services at Interlude Restorative Suites in Fridley, MN. We are seeking a full time Rehabilitation Aide to join our Rehab team.

Our Rehab Aide position requires Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent within 90 days of hire. Qualified candidates must posses the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, as well as have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

The Rehabilitation Aide is responsible for assisting the rehabilitation program by performing tasks related to rehabilitative services. The Rehabilitation Aide will assist with resident related activities as determined by the therapist, as well as other assigned duties to support the program.


  • Training as a rehab aide or able to successfully complete on the job training.
  • Basic knowledge of medical records.
  • Possess computer skills.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
