Parts and Filters Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Parts & Filters Sales Manager is responsible for directing the activities of the department.   This includes the development and deployment of the business plans to achieve the revenue, gross margin and income objectives established.

•    Provide leadership to the Department which includes managing, motivating, developing, and training the team members in the Department
•    Develop and maintain strategic account relationships
•    Establish and manage the department’s budget
•    Provide reports and communicate to management the status of performance metrics
•    Continually seek improved methods with a view to improve customer service to market level
•    Monitor product and price competitiveness within the market
•    Develop business opportunities and operational strategies to maximize growth and profitability and to expand market penetration
•    Develop business distribution and business unit manager relationships and communication

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field and/or 3-4 years of parts management experience in a manufacturing setting
•    Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
•    Solid understanding of system layout and design related to washers, ovens, and paint booths is preferred
•    Demonstrated track record of results and increased responsibility throughout career
