Customer Service Representative

Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with the 5th largest bank in the United States! We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work 1st shift for these great employment opportunities! Compensation starts at $13.00 per hour at this company.

Customer Service Representative Main Duties/Responsibilities:

· Entering information into programs, creating reports, and 10 key data entry.

· Assessing customer needs for other products and services and cross-selling other bank products.

· Resolving customer inquiries and providing customers with their account information.

· Providing high quality telephone customer service to customers.

· Researching customer problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact.

Customer Service Representative Key Requirements/Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Call Center experience preferred

· Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products as well as problem solve rapidly.
