Admissions Intake Representative
Monday – Friday Shifts: Flexible between 7am-7pm
Saturday Shifts: 8am-5pm (4/year required)
What you’ll do:
- Be part of a dynamic team with a passion to take care of our patients
- Partner with referral sources and complete intake process for new patients
- Work with insurance companies to verify benefits
- Maintain all patient information in our database
- Collaborate with clinicians and other departments at PHS

Requirements: exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication skills. A high level of initiative combined with a customer service mentality is required. New patient intake experience with durable medical equipment or homecare is a plus.
