Research Coordinator - UX & AccessibilityThe Research Coordinator is responsible for helping to build empathy for the Target Guest throughout the product development lifecycle for Target's web, app and registry product teams.   • Manage the recruiting of participants for research interviews and projects including, but not limited to: screening, scheduling, incentive payments, and logistics such as: consent forms, and travel, for multiple product teams
  • Support the Product Researchers with research requests, including: scoping initiatives, and coordinating testing needs
  • Support Product Teams (product owners, UX, engineering) throughout the research project life cycle - coordinating the process, note taking in-field research and post-research synthesis
  • Assist in translating research insights into powerful stories that help shape product design and development and garner leader's support within the team
  • Conduct and synthesize remote, unmoderated qualitative research projects
  • Assist the broader team in keeping the research library up-to-date and comprehensive
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to cross functional partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking to a diverse group of people and leading conversations to discover research insights 
  • Comfortable within ambiguity with the ability to prioritize; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects (both small and large) and adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong project management skills - experience managing multiple projects at various stages in the project life cycle.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and other MS Office software
Preferred Skills
  • 4-year degree in Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of accessibility best practices
  • 1 + years conducting UX research for digital design organizations, or similar experience
  • A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data
