HRIS/HR COORDINATOR

 

Position Description

This position is responsible to maintain and support HR systems; including, but not limited to, Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Performance Management.  Responsible for creating and generating reports from HR systems; including monthly HR metrics and training requirements.  Serve in a support role for a variety of HR functions; including events, employee wellness and recruitment.  Specific duties and responsibilities include:

 

Implement, maintain and support HR systems including; LMS, ATS, Performance Management, ADP, employee surveys, online training development tool, etc.  This includes collaborating with Learning and Development Manager and HR Generalist to ensure updates are evaluated, tested and implemented as appropriate prior to being visible to the company.

Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues with HR systems.  This includes collaborating with vendors, IT and others until issue is resolved.   Document and communicate issue and resolution to necessary individuals.

Create and run scheduled and ad-hoc reports for all HR systems.  Ensure meaningful reports are processed and distributed to applicable recipients.  This includes collaborating with Learning and Development Manager, HR Generalist and business leaders to understand reporting needs.

Maintain HR Metrics and distribute to applicable recipients.

Provide end user support for all HR systems.

Collaborate with HR Generalist to collect data and prepare reports as required by state or federal statute, including EEOC, VETS, Annual Compliance Report and OSHA logs.

Collaborate with HR staff to ensure department projects or needs are met; including employee wellness, events and recruitment.

Assist with maintenance of HR SharePoint site.  Ensure documents are accurate and current.

Along with the Payroll & HR Coordinator provide support for the Human Resources Department; including maintain filing, creating folders and assist as first point of contact for the department.

 

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources or information technology; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

 

Required Experience

Two years experience with HRIS, LMS or ATS systems.  Experience in database management, report development and/or maintenance.  Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office. 

 

Preferred Experience

Experience with Cornerstone, ADP, Lectora and/or SCORM publishing.  Experience with SharePoint.
