  • Partner with analytical teams to identify trends where capital funds may improve the plumbing system
  • Develop technical scopes of work and design documentation - coordinate design work as needed with Civil and Mechanical engineering firms
  • Execute project management tasks that achieve strong levels of communication with both field teams and vendors.
  • Be accountable for managing program finances and schedule forecasting
  • Deliver strategies to reduce service expense while maintaining overall service level expectations
  • Maintain the development, implementation, and documentation of processes and training tools
  • Recommend and implement short-term goals and initiatives
  • Suggest and manage process improvements
  • 4-year college degree in Civil engineering or Mechanical engineering - and/or equivalent commercial plumbing service industry experience preferred
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience - applicable technical experience preferred - plumbing specific - either servicing systems or installing systems for commercial clients/owners
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical design documents and specification
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and travel as necessary - minimal travel required
