Responsibilities:

As a Dealer Support Administrator you will pre-write vehicle packets, process incoming vehicles to be reconditioned, perform Big inspections on vehicles ensuring that all components are working properly, handling paperwork and entering vehicle information into computer systems, spending long periods of time outside on the lot regardless of weather and all other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a least 17 years old
  • Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and lift (up to 25 lbs.)
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must have good problem solving skills and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable record
