Working within Human Resources, your mission will be to work with leaders and help them effectively lead their teams to accomplish company strategies. Our generalists work across human resources and beyond to bring the necessary tools and resources that will aid business leaders.This could include working with talent acquisition, pay and benefits, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, and others.
As an HR Director supporting Target's Sourcing Services, you'll provide generalist support for key business leaders and domestic teams.Further, you'll provide global ownership for learning and development strategies and activities for all sourcing offices.You'll also oversee a team that resides domestically and internationally.In this role, you'll work with your global peers who oversee regions of the world to effectively drive cyclical processes while also partnering on the strategic planning of talent and building capabilities to enable the business strategy.We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow. - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading a team, in same proximity and from afar
- Deep knowledge of HR generalist and learning and development functions
- Must be willing to travel and accommodate global schedules
- Experience driving the application of organizational design principles
- Appreciation for confidentiality and an ability to navigate highly sensitive and complex situations
- Experience leading projects across numerous teams and partners
