Professional Engineer – Water Resources
Performs design and review of storm sewer, culverts and stormwater ponds for construction projects for the Highway Department, assists the Natural Resources Program Manager/WMO Administrator in planning and grading permitting functions, and assists Community Planning with development reviews.
MQs: Requires licensure as a Professional Engineer and four years of engineering experience with two of those years in the water resources field. Requires extensive knowledge of hydraulics, hydrology, and watershed science. Preference given for training in erosion and sediment control measures (CPESC or MnDOT ESC certification). GIS experience desirable. The incumbent shall possess a valid driver's license and provide a reliable means of transportation for the performance of work responsibilities.
Salary Range: $67,292 - $100,937-DOQ.
