  • Lead and motivate service center team members toward the achievement of established quality, productivity, and service level goals
  • Act as a change agent for the Target.com Guest Service Center and drive Team Member engagement with new initiatives
  • Initiate and lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall guest satisfaction, work process, and reducing unit costs
  • Coach, teach and train your team regarding performance and provide suggestions on how to improve performance
  • Develop strong partnerships with other departments to stay informed regarding changes within the business and communicate these changes to your team
  • Utilize leadership strategies that promote business understanding, trust, accountability, communication, recognition, and consistency
Requirements
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion for the brand and delivering a great guest experience with every interaction
  • Exceptional time management, communication - written and verbal,  interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of producing significant business results
  • Ability to work evenings and meet the demands of a 7 day a week operation
