Customer Service/Operations Manager

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a cleaning company located in St. Louis Park, MN! We are seeking Customer Service/Operations Manager to work this exciting Direct Hire opportunity. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, and this company offers the. Compensation starts as $37,000 annually.

Customer Service/Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions and concerns via phone and email
  • Manage company calendar and schedules
  • Distribute tasks based on customer requests
  • Builds rapport with customers
  • Responds to and finds solutions for product claims
  • Recommends products and services for new or existing customers
  • Quickly analyzes and assesses customer needs to find solution
  • Manages projects and meets deadlines
  • Other projects as assigned

Customer Service/Operations Manager Requirements:
  • 2+ years in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a service-based industry (rather than product-based company)
  • Must be familiar and competent with Outlook and basic Microsoft programs
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
