This is an entry-level temporary position for a Year-End Solutions Advisor located in Eagan, Minnesota.  You will report to the Customer Solutions Manager and work closely with the Training, Technical Support and Customer Experience teams to path requests to the appropriate resources. This position is a temporary-to-hire and could result in a full-time position. On the job training will be provided and pay rate starts at $14.00 per hour.


To deliver outstanding customer service in every customer interaction. The Solutions Advisor serves a critical function as being on the front line of client communication, providing answers to training questions and links to existing training material, gathering information for technical issue troubleshooting, and triaging support escalations.

Duties and Expectations:

o   Handle daily call volume averaging between 20 and 40 calls per day.

o   Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

o   Exercise excellent and logical judgement to properly evaluate situations, thoroughly troubleshoot, and gather vital information from our clients.

o   Provide answers to client requests by using training knowledge and materials

o   Troubleshoot and vet issues within 15-minute time goal, either escalating or resolving the issue as appropriate.

Attributes and Qualifications:

o   High school diploma or GED required, Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o   Analytical approach to problem solving

o   Help desk/call center experience preferred

o   Background check administered.

o   Strong work ethic, excellent attendance and punctual.
