Sr Item Data Specialist
Supports item data management to enable a superior guest experience. Partners cross-functionally to execute planned financial results and achieve guest satisfaction.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Item Setup - Completes item set-ups including operational and guest facing attributes through partnership with merchant teams, internal partners, and vendors within the assigned level of service.
·Data Accuracy - Accountable for driving data accuracy and ensuring consistency across category through validation and empowerment to question cross-functional partners and vendors.
·Item Launches - Owns pre/post launch readiness and remediation including troubleshooting launch blocks and partnering with vendors for appropriate content and escalating system issues.
·Data strategy implementation - Partners with Taxonomy and site merchandising to update guest facing attributes including Merch/Item Type for seamless guest experience.
2.Communications - Strong written and verbal communication with vendor partners, Merchants teams, and other Support partners.
3.Strong ability to prioritize workload and meet assigned level of service.
4.Aides in developing best methods and identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
·Takes on advanced roles & responsibilities, including special projects as assigned.
·Performs leadership/captainship roles.
·Provides training and mentoring to new hires.
·Supports business priorities as needed.
·College degree or equivalent work experience
·Strong verbal and written communication skills

·PC experience (Excel, Outlook)
