Assistant/Associate Professor Graduate Education
The Teaching, Learning and Leadership Department invites applications for a full-time, academic year, tenure-track faculty position in Graduate Education. The appointment will be at the assistant or associate professor level, beginning August 2018. The position involves teaching online graduate courses in Masters of Science in Education program housed on the University of Wisconsin-Stout campus.
Minimum / Required:
- Doctorate degree earned or ABD with doctorate completed within 1 year of employment start date
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Education or closely related field
- Online teaching experience
- Demonstrated experience in post secondary curriculum development
Preferred / Desired:
- Expertise in research methods, curriculum development, learning assessment, and evaluation
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience teaching in PK-12
- Post-secondary teaching experience at the graduate level
- A history of research and service in education
Teach graduate level education courses online. In addition to teaching, all UW-Stout faculty are expected to engage in assessment of student learning, research and professional service. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solution focused collegial environment and demonstrate a dedicated commitment to diversity. Maintain and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
