  • Lead and motivate service center team members toward the achievement of established quality, productivity, and service level goals
  • Act as a change agent for the Guest Service Center and drive Team Member engagement with new initiatives
  • Initiate and lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall guest satisfaction, work process, and reducing unit costs
  • Coach, teach and train your team regarding performance and provide suggestions on how to improve performance
  • Develop strong partnerships with other departments to stay informed regarding changes within the business and communicate these changes to your team
  • Four year college degree
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence others in a team environment
  • Ability to work evenings and meet the demands of a 7 day a week operation
