As a Principal Org Design Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring we continually have the right structures and the right capabilities, at the right cost, needed to propel the growth strategies of the business. The individual in this position will lead organization design engagements, establish and maintain frameworks for monitoring key organizational metrics, conduct organization design reviews, and partner with our Talent and Learning & Development teams to build capabilities for the enterprise. Some of the core responsibilities are:

·Consults on org design projects, fostering the structures needed to support the development of key capabilities and the execution of the business strategy

·Through partnerships with leaders and HRG, review current organizational performance; make recommendations for organizational design and build organizational plans to support changes

·Support leaders and HRG in organizational changes, providing process support and tools that facilitate a proactive development of organizational capabilities through partnership with L&D

·Provide new designs, tools, benchmarks and methods that will help position the organization and capabilities to grow

·Stay up-to-date and informed on trends and innovations in organization design

·Establishes and maintains the org design principles for the enterprise

About you:

·Masters in Organizational Design, Leadership, or related field

·At least 6 years of experience in roles responsible for org design

·Strong technical knowledge in areas of org design, talent management, compensation, change management, and HR processes

·Experience working in large, multi-national corporations in a highly-matrixed, complex structure; retail and or consulting experience a plus

·Experienced handing large amounts of sensitive data

·Successful track record of working with C-level leaders

·Superior interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills

·Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization

·Deep understanding of organizational finance, specifically workforce costing, annual budgeting and planning processes
