Pro Staff has a Direct-Hire opportunity for a Account Manager located just minutes from the St. Paul and Minneapolis area. This individual will be responsible assisting with a sales team, managing several accounts, providing company product knowledge, pricing, complete order entry, email correspondence, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Hours are during regular business hours, Monday-Friday
Pay is $18-$20/hour, DOE

Main responsibilities:
  • Process all incoming orders through verifying product availability, pricing, providing quotes, credit status, order entry and release.
  • Provide basic technical product information to customers and clients.
  • Assist outside sales representatives with quotation process and provide administrative and customer service support as needed.
  • Provide proactive customer service including acknowledgment of requests, timely resolution of any concerns, and follow-up on open order issues.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in business to business settings such as industrial, manufacturing, or distribution company
  • Experience in customer service, order management, and/or account management 
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred
