MARKETING COORDINATOR
Doherty Staffing Solutions has partnered with an innovative and growing St. Cloud company in their search for a Marketing Coordinator. Desire to work in a rapidly growing company with cool products and a fun culture is required. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with initial screening by Doherty. Starting salary range is $43,000-$55,000 based on experience and skillset.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; producing print collateral; maintaining promotional items inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. The Marketing Coordinator is part strategist, part campaign architect and part project manager. MARKETING COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES · Design marketing, advertising and promotional materials to support sales and production. · Assist in updating company website and keeping the site up-to-date. · Analyze and maintain company presence on social media sites. · Write content for email, print and conference materials as required. · Work closely with Sales to determine marketing and promotional opportunities. · Serve as primary liaison with print vendor on all Nova Flex printed items. · Assist in developing training modules for both internal and external audiences. · Event Coordination for industry tradeshows and conferences including preparing and shipping materials, lead tracking, data coordination, and designing pre- and post- event marketing. · Implement campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; plans & objectives; updating calendars. · Coordinate and manage company sponsorships, donations, novelties and promotional items · Assist with market research and customer surveys.

MARKETING DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS · Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or other related major. · 2 - 5 years of marketing experience; B2B or lighting industry experience a plus. · Strong all-around marketing capabilities with a proven understanding of email, SEO/PPC, social media, webinars, tradeshows, events, etc. · Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills. · Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites. · Experience in Salesforce.com and WordPress a plus. · Strong multitasking ability and high attention to detail. · Creative and data oriented problem solver. · Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated but also able to contribute and work well with others. · Exceptional project management skills.
