Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a key person to look after our front of office duties and help with some Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk .
• Answering Phones
• Opening Mail and sorting bills and payments
• Use of QuickBooks to post payments and send statements
• Plan parties
• Look after office supplies
• Opening and closing of the office
• Must have at least 1 year of experience
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute
• Candidate must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint)
Starting wage: $27.00 per hour. Position is Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm . Excellent benefit package, team building events, bonuses.
