Office Assistant

Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with a lead distributor of tires and performance parts in the automotive industry located in Roseville, MN. WE are seeking a hard working Office Assistant for 1st shift that enjoy working in a fast paced work environment. Compensation for this 5 month contract Office Assistant opportunity is $14/hour.

Office Assistant Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly customer service
  • Process CPU and shipping orders
  • Research and adjust inventory
  • Processes new inventory into the warehouse
  • Dispatching same day service orders
  • Other assigned duties as necessary

Office Assistant Key Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in an office setting
  • Must type at least 35 WPM
