Pro Staff is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives who will be responsible for taking inbound calls from individuals involved in various legal settlements. No cold calling or sales! Positions require answering caller questions by following a script and documenting call information into a database. Paid training is provided. Positions are short-term projects and typically last 2-12 weeks.

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Typing of 25 wpm
Comfortable working on computer
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to read, write and speak in English
