Hunter Hamilton is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work in the SW metro! This is an exciting new contract to hire role available immediately! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Create customer invoices & credits in custom designed information system
  • Enter invoices and credits into QuickBooks
  • Send monthly statements to customers
  • Apply customer payments
  • Process credit card payments
  • Research and solve payment discrepancies
  • Make adjustments to accounts as needed
  • Prepare daily manual deposits
  • Assist with maintenance of all receivable reports and spreadsheets
  • Process new customer packets
  • Miscellaneous:
  • Perform filing and copying
  • Assist in office reception responsibilities if needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
