Highway Operations Manager
Monroe County is seeking full-time Highway Operations Manager. Responsibilities include administrative and supervisory work to research, design, coordinate, schedule and manage highway improvement, bridge repair, and maintenance projects on county and state highways; develops and manages highway asset inventory and management programs.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree preferred, training and experience in civil engineering, construction management or related field; minimum of ten years of progressive and practical experience in the design, construction and maintenance of public highways, bridges and other infrastructure assets with a minimum of five years’ experience in leadership or supervisory positions. Ability to acquire Class A Wisconsin Commercial Driver’s License within a year of hire.
