The Project Manager is an advanced technical position and is responsible for the coordination, design and project management of architectural/engineering projects at UW-Stout. The anticipated start date is February 2018

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications for consideration: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field from an accredited institution; Minimum of five years of architectural, engineering, or construction project management experience; Knowledge of codes and standards pertaining to design including Wisconsin Administrative Codes applicable to Asbestos, Lead, NFPA, ASHRAE, ANSI, ASME standards, etc.; Ability to interpret designs, layouts, plans, and specifications; and Knowledge of construction materials, material/labor costs, and estimating costs.
