Humera is looking for an Accounts Payable II role for our client in Wayzata, MN. Our client is a company that provides food, agriculture, risk management, financial and industrial products and services around the globe. The person in this role will serve as senior support staff in the accounting and finance department. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Duties:
  • Manage follow-up and resolution on accounts payable
  • Help with root cause analysis and process improvements
  • Code and deposit checks timely and accurately
  • Contacting vendors to update data
  • Updating posting details for vendors
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Customer Service
  • Preparing reports

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education Required: 2 Year College
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Quick learner
Other Required Experience/Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of Excel
  • Good phone and written skills
  • 1-3 years of experience
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
  • JDE

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 54:30 pm
