PROGRAM OWNER - SECONDARY MARKET SALESThe Sr. Program Owner will focus on strategy and future state capabilities to expand secondary market sales activity for product no longer eligible for sale through Target. Communicates with cross functional partners in Supply Chain, Property Management and Store Operations to deliver on those processes and strategies.   • Identify and develop new processes and routines for the liquidation of Target merchandise on the secondary market
  • Develop secondary market strategy/approach in future state
  • Expand/scale channel capabilities for online, Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business sales transactions
  • Expand vendor base for purchasing of liquidated product
  • Partner with Supply Chain/Logistics to roll-out expanded return center network from a project management perspective
  • Four-year College Degree
  • 5-7 yrs experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and basic project management skills
  • Able to work independently and drive forward key initiatives
  • Knowledge of secondary market sales strategies a must
