Join us as a Sr Project Manager Supply ChainABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYA Sr Project Manager Supply Chain on the Inventory Planning & Control (IPC) team is responsible to track and coordinate product deployments that deliver new capabilities required to activate IPC.  This role will work across STEAM Teams, physical asset project teams, product teams, TTS and EDABI to monitor progress related to critical milestones and key dependencies.  In addition, team members will play a crucial role to measure overall IPC performance, identify issues and develop innovative solutions related to both process and technology gaps. 
  • Accountable to delivering the overall deployment and activation of IPC across all lines of business and nodes in the supply chain
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional product teams, steam teams, data teams and inventory management operations to align on upcoming milestones and remove roadblocks and/or critical dependencies
  • Maintain and manage the roll-out approach that prioritizes the guest experience in store
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integrations and dependencies to align roll-out activities
  • Leverage critical performance metrics to monitor IPC health and inform future expansion readiness
  • Increase and elevate the communication of IPC performance and insights within supply chain and partner teams
  • Document critical findings and make recommendations related to future roll-out activities
  • Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and focus on delivering progress over perfection
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and seeks out new opportunities
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree
  • 2-6 years of previous experience in inventory management and/or supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and contribute in a team setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work among ambiguous direction and fast paced environments
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to present updates and collaborate with project stakeholders on upcoming milestones
