We are seeking a motivated, detail orientated and flexible individual to assist the Office of Human Resources with conducting harassment and discrimination investigations. This position will provide support to the Title IX/ Equal Opportunity Coordinator by conducting employee and student investigations, maintaining investigation documentation, assisting with University-wide training and collaborating with SDSU constituents. Required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years full time experience in a related field, or equivalent; demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task; excellent analytical skills with the ability to make high level decisions; ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and administrators; demonstrated effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills demonstrated ability to resolve/manage situations in an unbiased manner; demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
