This is a unique opportunity to use your teaching skills and talents to customize training on how to use the transit system(s) for a positive customer experience!  This position performs professional planning and administrative duties for SmartLink Transit Mobility Management. Works closely with other members of transit and mobility management to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information is made available and that a high standard of customer service is maintained. Responsible for analyzing and improving training effectiveness through quality assurance monitoring, metrics, and any additional mentoring needed during training, as well as post-training follow-up feedback, reporting on effectiveness, progress, and improvements, along with recommendations to managers about ongoing areas of need or concern. 

MQs: Requires equivalency of an associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred) in Human Services, Education, Business, or a related field and one year experience in teaching or mentoring. The incumbent shall provide a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation for the performance of work responsibilities.

Wage Range: $21.93-$27.41 per hour DOQ.
