Working within HR Strategy & Operations, you will influence the way we deliver HR to the organization to meet to evolving needs of our business and workforce.
As Lead HR Process Owner you will be responsible for mapping out and understanding the end-to-end processes across HR and will facilitate and execute end-to-end process redesign with a heavy focus on Workday implementation.This role will be responsible for ensuring that business process outcomes are in harmony and support our HR and business strategies.This team member will react quickly to rapidly changing market conditions and improve business processes by improving our team member experience and maintaining optimal levels of process performance.
Core responsibilities include:
·End-to-end stewardship of HR business processes, sub-processes, and specialized processes
·Develop an understanding of Workday processes and design and maintain process best practice vision (benchmarking best practice); ensure alignment of process best practice with product vision
·Serve as Process Lead for Workday implementation and establish gap analysis between process current state and future state best practice
·Develop improvement strategies focused on continuous process improvement changes, data and technology enhancement, and end user experience
·Partner with Product Owners and capability owners/SMEs to document processes, create quick reference guides (QRGs), checklists, FAQs and HR job aids.
·Assist with case management, in-take process design and/or identification of automation opportunities.Once automation opportunities are identified, responsible for managing development through implementation and stabilization, in partnership with Product Owners and HR Capability Owners
·Focus on optimizing processes using process improvement methodologies (6 sigma, Lean, etc.)

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
·7+ years general business or HR experience
·1+ years of Lean or 6Sigma experience supporting process reengineering projects
·Strong operational or functional understanding of a variety of HR
·Superior consulting, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence
·Proven project management experience
·Workday and HR Case Management technology experience a plus
·Prior experience with Design Thinking a plus
