  • Manage the team to drive efficiency, effectiveness and quality
  • Provide feedback and development plans for improving individual performance
  • Monitor the day-to-day and future operations of the team to ensure achievement of service level goals
  • Create a positive team environment and continually strive for a high level of morale
  • Ensure exceptional client service by participating in ticket audits and call evaluations and providing feedback to team members
  • Continually look for ways to improve the performance of the Client Support Center through new or modified tools, processes and procedures
  • Requirements
    • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
    • One year technical support or call center experience
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks to meet client service levels
    • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
