As a member of the Space and Presentation team, you will work with partners to create an experience for the guest that is full of ease, inspiration and convenience, while maximizing the productivity of space within the total Target store. As a Sr Business Partner in Space & Presentation, you'll take the lead as you leverage analytics, division strategy and strong merchant/planning partnerships to develop department and category level space allocation for transitions, remodels, new stores and the Food & Beverage Transformation.  You will recap and iterate upon implemented strategies. You will drive the development of special projects as needed such as new merchandising strategies in Next Gen prototype, fixture strategies, and tests. Lead and coach both Minneapolis and Bangalore Space & Presentation teams through execution of core work and special projects. You will build effective partnerships within and outside core Cross Functional Team. Represent Space & Presentation at the ‘round table', and become a key partner to Divisionals on the merchandising side in developing space recommendations to drive their strategy forward.About you:
  • 4-year degree
  • 2-4 years Target experience with 1-2 years Merchandise Presentation Department experience
