Humera is looking for a Customer Service/HR Administrator for our client in St. Paul, MN. The individual in this position will have a dual functioning role focused on customer service and administrative support duties for the HR department. This is a long term contract opportunity!
Duties:
  • Answer phones
  • Greet visitors
  • Enter Orders
  • Take orders by phone from clients
  • Light scanning, faxing and filing
  • Maintain HR records
  • Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
  • Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Maintaining personnel records

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • 6 months of order entry experience
